1. Terms and Conditions of Sale Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Glowee. (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"), within the framework of the sale of educational and playful products.

2. Products

The products offered for sale by Glowee. are described on the boutique's website. The essential characteristics of each product are presented clearly. However, variations may exist between the description and the actual product. While most reviews on our website come from our own customers, a small number may originate from external sources. These are based on similar active ingredients used in our products. Additionally, test panels have been conducted by third-party labs, they are based on the same active ingredients. Results may vary depending on each person's unique skin type and condition. We ensure that all reviews are genuine and useful to help customers make informed decisions. We suggest customers review the product information to ensure it meets their preferences and needs before making a purchase.

3. Orders

The Customer can place an order via the website. Once the order is placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, non-payment, or for any other justified reason.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices of products are indicated in euros (GBP) and are those in effect at the time of the order. Payment can be made through the payment methods offered on the Shopify site. The order will be shipped upon receipt of full payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated during the order. The Seller will strive to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Delivery costs are specified at the time of the order.

6. Complaints and Returns

The Customer has 14 days from the receipt of the product to report any complaints or returns. The product must be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Please note that for certain products (such as soaps and masks), we do not offer returns or exchanges due to hygiene purposes.

7. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the products sold. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

8. Personal Data

The Seller collects and processes the personal data of the Customer in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by the law in force in France. Any dispute arising from these GTCS will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

10. Modification of GTCS

The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The applicable GTCS are those in force at the time of the order.
